We operate on a strict Zero-Fabrication Standard: we never publish synthetic physician profiles, fake patient reviews, or simulated booking confirmations. Every service module clearly displays its live operational status.

Health Veda 24 Healthcare Technologies Private Limited respects the sensitive nature of human and animal healthcare records. All personal, clinical, and physiological data is guarded under strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies:

• No-Store Cache Control: All clinical intake and authenticated endpoints enforce Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, private to prevent sensitive health data from being retained in shared browser or proxy caches.
• Structured Log Redaction: Server-side logging automatically redacts sensitive keys including passwords, tokens, symptoms, vitals, medical records, and national IDs.
• Consent-Based Processing: Pre-visit intake validation requires explicit user consent before processing symptom and vital-sign inputs.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Health Veda 24 Healthcare Technologies Private Limited regarding your access to the HealthVeda24 web platform, APIs, and healthcare consultation booking engines.

By using HealthVeda24, you acknowledge that physiological range checks and preparation guides are for informational and pre-visit preparation purposes only and do not constitute direct medical diagnosis or treatment.

Health Veda 24 Healthcare Technologies Private Limited processes all payments and refunds in compliance with Indian regulatory guidelines under SAC 999312 (Medical Support Services) and SAC 998351 (Veterinary Services):

• Consultation Cancellation: Appointments cancelled by patients at least 2 hours before the scheduled slot receive a 100% full refund back to the original payment source.
• Provider Unavailability: If a doctor or veterinary specialist is unable to attend the consultation, the consultation fee is automatically refunded within 5-7 business days.
